Steveston and Gary Point

Steveston and Gary Point are a beautiful place to visit when in Richmond Map

I have been to Steveston many times and every time I just fall in love with it a little more.

The old buildings, the fishing boats the wide open ocean.

There is paid parking and free parking, there is public washrooms and many, many cool stores, yes dogs are aloud on a leash as it is a little town at the end of Richmond.

There is a big cannery that has a gift shop that we did not go into, but you can see how big it is and how much fun that must be to do.

And right outside the door of the cannery is metal statues and of cours Loki wanted to hug them.

The dock is open the sky was beautiful and all the boats where lovely to see.

And of course the ramp down to the boats just had to be explored by Loki

The strees to walk down are so much fun and it makes me feel like I am not anywhere near the big city of Richmond.

Once we walked around the little town I saw a path I had never even noticed before and I thought lets go check this place out so we did and we came across a beautiful place called Gary Point Map

There are public washrooms, concession stand picnic tables and a lot of beach it is beautiful and we saw lots of dogs on leash so dogs are allowed as well.

The beach is amazing I just love looking out onto the ocean.

As we walked just a little way there was a beautiful garden with trees, plants and bridges and statues.

Down the path a little further and we came across a very cool path that leads to a monument

The monument is for all the fisher men and it is really nice.

There are Big rocks all around the point and makes it really stand out and of course incourages Loki to climb and have fun

The beach was amazing as well so many big rocks to climb on and and the waves to play with and the sand to play with and of course for me the water, sky and beach to enjoy.
