Mike and Joan Nielsen are a loving, down to earth, and happy couple. They are avid photographers who very rarely go anywhere without a camera. They live in beautiful Southwest BC, Canada and many of their photos are taken from the amazing local scenery found there. They live with their four children, grand daughter and two dogs.

 

Some of their favorite places to frequent and capture in-frame are gorgeous mountains, provincial parks, Lakes, and the Ocean, all of which are a short drive from their home. BC is a big place and they also love to travel to explore more of the sights this greast province offers.

 

In addition to nature photography they also enjoy festival, event, and portrait photography, and they do these anywhere -except- in a studio. They feel the world is a beautiful and fun place and theres no better way to capture this then outside and in the moment.
