Kanaka creek River trail

Was a very beautiful day and we decided to stop by the awesome Kanaka Creek River trail.

There is a beautiful look out and a place to enter the Creek with your Canoe or Kayak.

There is a public washroom really close to the parking lot and an out house further down the trail.

Dogs are welcome on leash and there is picnic and benches along the trail as well.

It is really clean and there are garbage cans all around.

When you head down the main trail which is left of the parking lot it is beautiful and there is another look out point that has three levels and so wonderful for the kids to check out and such beautiful site, even if you just come to this area it is worth it.

The path to the river is big and open and you can see the wild life in and around the water like the goose who was building a nest in the old tree.

Although it did look like such a beautiful path we had the opportunity to go the other path which sometimes is closed due to flooding so we took the opportunity and went down this awesome trail.

The opening to it was so welcoming and beautiful.

Before long we realized this was an amazing trail and we came across so many wonderful things to see like the opening to the river and even stairs to go down to it.

And of course the fence around is such an added beauty I think.

As we walked further down the trail we came across a bridge and another look out point so we had to check out the look out point first so worth it.
