Campbell Valley

There is a really nice place we visited in Langley Called Campbell Valley it has many different trails and lovely docks and lots of different types of birds to see and to feed.

We love taking trips to parks, trails, forests, beaches well anywhere we can explore and enjoy nature, wild life and the beautiful out doors.

This visit it is like most we do and is not planed we just head out to do something and then after words we head to somewhere in nature, a park it is.

There is a few entrances into the park we head into the North parking lot, so many trails right as you get out of the parking lot and into the park and toilets right at the beginning which I love for myself before every walk.

As we walk through the birds are already have started to join us and there are people who are feeding the birds, we did not remember to bring bird food with us and Loki is so interested in feeding them, this really nice lady offers to share their food and Loki stands really still with food and waits for the bird.

You do have to be patent and wait for the birds to come to you but there was still so much to see like big trees to hug

and to pretend to climb

and to hang out with dad and mom by some cool trees

really cool paths to run down and even a cool bench to rest on

as we made it down the path a little further we came across some docks to walk on and we found some more places to feed the birds

The trails are really well kept and we saw lots of parents with strollers, people with bikes and people with dogs so all are welcome here at this lovely park.

The feeding was slow here as well so in no time we were off again.

Some of the paths are dirt and some have gravel which make it easy and really beautiful

Asw e were heading down this path (picture above) we came across a spot where all the birds were hungry and were ready to eat out of Loki's hand.

Sometimes though you need a little help to actually sit really still and hold your hand out flat

Good thing daddy was there to help

After awhile we had some really nice birds come to visit and it was then it was time to head on our way down the path to some marsh land so beautiful

and some really awesome trees

Down the path further we came across a bridge and more marsh land almost like a little lake where there are many ducks.

Then continued on back to the parking lots.

There is a lot to see and a lot of trail to explore and a lot of fun to be had we really enjoyed ourselves here. This was mine and Lokis second time here but it was Mikes first time..

Yes we would recommend this park to any one interested.

Joan, Mike and Loki
